FAQ
Yes. Every business gets its own separate workspace. Other shops can never see your products, bills or parties.
Yes. Turn tax on in Settings, choose its name and rate (GST, sales tax or your own) and add your tax number. Bills then become numbered tax invoices, and a tax report shows what you owe for any period.
Yes. Every bill gets the next number in your own series, for example INV-000123. Numbers never repeat, and a cancelled bill keeps its number.
Yes. Each supplier has a balance and a statement. Record payments when you make them, or at the time of the purchase, and the dashboard shows what you owe in total.
Yes. Every payment can be cash, bank, JazzCash, Easypaisa or cheque. The cash book shows each one, and the daily closing tells you how much cash should be in the drawer.
Yes. Import products, parties and suppliers from an Excel sheet. Opening stock and opening balances are included, and the file is checked row by row before anything is saved.
Yes. Make a purchase order, print it for the supplier, then receive the goods in one or several deliveries. Stock and the supplier balance update as each delivery arrives.
A backup of your whole shop is saved every night, and you can download everything yourself at any time. You can restore from any backup in Settings.
Yes. As the owner you invite staff by email and they sign in with their own account. Sensitive actions such as adjusting stock or changing settings stay with the owner.
Yes. Print a full A4 bill or an 80 mm thermal receipt, or download any bill as a PDF or a photo to send to your customer.
